Jennie J. Castle holds a MFA in photography from Massachusetts College of Art and Design. She is currently living and working in the Willamette Valley of Oregon as she continues her work exploring the correlations between history, identity and place. She is driven by her curiosity in cultural structures and human behavior, and strives to tell stories that require self examination as well as a critical study of social values.
She also curates a pedagogical project, Nine, that connects emerging female artists with high school aged youth. More details at thetitleisnine.org.
